These terms are demo content for the fictional app Saltglass. Replace them with your own.

The forecast is a guide

Saltglass reads buoys, models and tide tables and gives its best judgement. The sea can change faster than any forecast. You decide whether to swim; swim with others where you can, and within your limits.

Check-ins

A check-in sends a text to the buddy you choose if you don’t end it in time. It depends on your phone having signal and battery, and it is not a rescue service. In an emergency, call the coastguard.

Pro and payments

Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe or the App Store, with a free trial for new subscribers. You can cancel any time; Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

The beta

Beta versions may have bugs and may change or end. Please don’t rely on a beta for check-ins.
